Ridiculous, please read the memo and provide a better answer.
What they should of done is investigate Russia's interference as a whole rather then elect a special counsel which is leaning towards the investigation being mis-guided.
It's not jaw dropping or worse then watergate but it isn't nothing either.
After the Meuller investigation is over he needs to fire Sessions and Rosenstein and get better control of the DOJ like he has at the White House once General Kelly became COS.
I have read it. It's an opinion piece. It's already come out that Nunes lied about what McCabe said regarding the dossier being necessary for the FISA warrant.
It's comical. Non-Trumper Republicans are laughing their asses off at the 'memo'. Comparing it the Geraldo Rivera's Al Capone vault episode. In essence, Trumpers are being mocked. It's fabulous and funny. Memo = A. Complete. Dud.
Rick Wilson, GOP strategist:
"Wow. This Nune memo is even less impressive than I thought. All these mouth-breathing idiots who called this worse than Watergate just got clowned."
Bill Kristol (conservative):
"When the history of Trump’s presidency (and impeachment?) is written, the Nunes memo will be a minor footnote. When the history of the (temporary?) degradation of the Republican Party is written, the Nunes memo will be a significant moment."
Trey Gowdy today:
"As I have said repeatedly, I also remain 100 percent confident in Special Counsel Robert Mueller. The contents of this memo do not - in any way - discredit his investigation."
Jeff Sessions on Rosenstein and Brand:
"represent the kind of quality and leadership that we want in the department."
John McCain today:
"The latest attacks against the FBI and Department of Justice serve no American interests ― no party’s, no President’s, only Putin’s. The American people deserve to know all the facts surrounding Russia’s ongoing efforts to subvert our democracy, which is why Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation must proceed unimpeded. Our nation’s elected officials, including the president, must stop looking at this investigation through the lens of politics and manufacturing political sideshows. If we continue to undermine our own rule of law, we are doing Putin’s job for him."
