On 1/27/17, I stubbed my pinky toe and took three days off then proceeded to run for three days following. I really did not have any pain while I was running - until day three urgh!!! Then I made a dr. appt - yes it was broken this was 1/2/18.... So it seemed better so I ran yesterday (very slowly on a treadmill and only 5.5 miles) - no pain.... WELL today I decided to try outside about a mile and a half into it my toe hurt so I stopped....
My question is - has this happened to anyone else - that you actually knew your toe was broken - not that you thought it was - that the x-ray showed it was....how long before you were able to go back to running - did you run even with pain? Can you break it worse??????
