I'm very curious to know if people run consistently at 180spm at any pace or if it changes depending on pace.
I raced a half marathon and had an exact average of 180spm. (A race photo showed me heel striking too, which I'd like to fix). My easy runs average about 167spm. My vo2max workouts and 5k races are 205spm. Are most people like this too? I know most people don't believe in a perfect cadence and I agree to some degree you run how you run.
