A 5 minute pace on the road is easy, but is it crazy to feel like you are going to fall or lose your balance? Does it take a session, to get back in the grove? Like, after a rep do you just put your legs on the side and keep the treadmill running or do you turn it off. I always worry that I might trip or something, when I jump to the side. Today went ok, but does it take a session to get used to it?
