I’m 19, college sophomore. First all out speed workout of the season. It’s coming off a hard week of training . Had a opening season mile on Saturday 4:41 . And a really hard interval workout Monday .
This morning I ran 6x300 1 minute rest , 6x150 30 second job back to start
I came into this workout a little ambitious thinking I could hit 45 or under but was just wasn’t feeling it today .
