Hey guys I've been running since 8th grade and it's my senior year. I've known for a long time that my left leg is far more larger than my right. I think they are different lengths but my parents say they aren't. My right leg is far more toned but smaller than my right. My left is larger and muscular. When I run, my right foot lands straight and normal but my left foot turns inward and lands on my smallest toes. It also causes my left knee to point outward. What should I do about this? Do I need orthotics or should I see someone for this? It makes me self conscious and sad. :(
