Hey everyone, still pretty new here.
Im a junior in highschool and just did a 15x200 workout on a 200m indoor track with 45 seconds rest between reps. I went 35, 32, 33, 33, 33, 33, 32, 33, 32, 33, 33, 32, 33, 30, 30. I then had 2 minutes rest and hit a 300m in 44 seconds.
this workout was pretty tough but I was didn't go all out.
I was wondering what type of 3200/1600 shape I am in? Also was this a smart workout to run?
In a meet last week I ran a 1600m in 4:35 and then 45 minutes later ran a 3200 in 10:10. I am averaging 30-35 miles a week, with one long run of about 8 miles.
