I don't have the time for much more now, so that's it for the moment. I do anywhere between 5 or 7miles a day. Maybe 8miles sometimes,but not frequently. Then just a session of 200s or 35 to 37 second pickups, when I can't get to the track. Both sessions or done at a 5k effort with 30 seconds recovery. That's pretty much my training . I also do a hill workout, of 6 to 8 200 meter hill. I know I can do more but, I just want to stay fit till I can put more time in.
