Hey I'm new to this forum because I want to start running.
Right now I'm not very fit, so I thought I could try it. I've trained with a friend a couple of times, and I can't run more than 1.5 miles without feeling dizzy. I'm thinking of running 1 mile four days a week, in the morning just after I wake up at 6:30am (I go to school at 8am), because in the afternoon I don't have much free time. I'm also doing some strenght exercises, but very easy ones.
What do you think I should do? I mainly want to be fitter, because now I'm a bit fat.
