The only track nearby requires me to get a parent when I enter the track, and is only 3 lanes, 2 lanes for walking and one lanes for running. The track is 230 meters and the weight room is right next to the track. So can someone help me decide what I should do for drills and stuff. What ive done so far is just sprint about 30 meters then jog 80. then i would lift weights in the weight room. by the way I do sprints.
