Has anyone experienced differences in performance between the treadmill and the track?
When I run on a treadmill I’m way faster and can hold fast paces. But then if I run outside whether on a track or a road it feels different. My times are way slower. And it’s not the treadmill calibration because I’ve run on a lot of them, and it’s more than the air resistance. Is there something different in the mechanics of a treadmill and running outside?
