If you're a woman and already down to 15% body fat, losing 15 pounds will mean losing muscle. If you're a male and already down to 7.5% body fat, losing 15 pounds may mean losing muscle.
You know, I don't think people know how LOW 7.5% is. In Seb Coes documentary "Born To run" it says he was 9.3%. A lot of BB go down to 5-6% and that is with steroids and junk. If you are 12%, you are extremely lean.

I was under 7 1/2 percent exactly three years ago. At the time, 5'11" 149 lbs. to 151 lbs.
Im a female at about 26 percent body fat so it would be very beneficial if I lost the extra weight as it is almost all fat. My times atm are 3:15 and 6:57. To the person who said 15 seconds, did you mean off the 800 or the mile?

Let me finish the consequences of forcing your body to lose weight. You have maybe two amazing weeks, then your body rebels. Your times go way up, you feel generally terrible, and can't figure out why you are so slow.
Eat well and don't snack on fast and easy calories like bread, crisps, high-calorie coffee drinks, etc. Your body knows exactly what weight to be after that.
I fully intend to lose weight the healthy way. I’ve been underweight before snd it isn’t nice.
What is a kg?
Is that short for keg? Why are you asking about pounds and then you switch to kgs?
Are you trying to trick us?
I can use lbs, kg (kilograms) and stones.
60.5 kg = 133lbs = 9 stone 5 lbs
40 seconds off your mile and 20 off your 800.

How did you measure it? Probably not accurately.
Isn’t there a rule that says typically 2 seconds per pound lost?
