I'm not talking about all that sugary mess that is an excuse for coffee. I'm talking like black coffee maybe with some milk.

I looked up coffe, and it is the plural of coffa, the framework at the top of a ship's mast. I can't see them being bad for you. Don't eat them or anything.
idk about coffe or coffa, but coffee is pretty good for you.
Some case-control and longitudinal population-based studies with briefer follow-up periods supported favorable effects of coffee, tea, and caffeine consumption against Alzheimer's Disease.

There's literature out there on other disease prevention besides AD, along with a couple fairly reputable books that cite peer-reviewed research.
there have been many, many studies on the effects of coffee and almost all of them show neutral or positive effects for human health.
I think you have a typo, OP.
No, coughing is not good for you; it usually indicates an underlying illness.
Neither is coffee.
Coffee is the gateway drug that started me down the long dark road to meth.
Stay away.

Coffee decreases your chances of Parkinson's.
End of discussion.
Coffee makes me nervous, hmm hmm.
Yes. But caffeine addiction probably isn't good, and coffee interferes with iron absorption, so that's a risk.
I think it is good for you as long as you stay within 3-4 cups a day.
Well, coffee is a gateway drug. increased desire to smoke cigarettes while drinking coffee, very relaxing.
Honestly I think coffee isn't that great for you. It's pretty acidic so it can change your gut flora for the worse. It can interrupt your sleep, and even if you fall asleep, the coffee you had early afternoon will disrupt the quality of your sleep.
Personally I've struggled with trying to cut it out. I feel best when I don't drink it every day. Once in awhile for a little boost is best.
Same with running. Do runs without it and then save it for the workouts or just the races.
Love all the studies that coffee is good for you until you find out they were funded by Starbucks.

I got diagnosed with GERD (the silent type, meaning i don't have any symptoms) and cutting down on the acidic foods is part of the change one should make. Coffee and tea are amongst those. That's really tough, so of the coffee/tea that i do consume, i try to neutralize the acidity. I have tried many ways including drinking cold brew coffee or tea, which cuts the acidity (and caffeine content) to 1/3rd. I mix almond milk in it because almond milk is way more alkiline than cow's milk or soymilk. I've tried throwing a slice of lemon in their or eating it before each cup for the same reason.
If anyone has any other strategies, do tell.
Drinking too much coffee will kill you due to water intoxication.
Lots of good strong coffee & DHEA supplements work for me.
