As one of her 10,000+ (lol) followers, and a personal trainer myself, I'd say she comes across as a semi-reasonable fitness instructor, IF, all you're looking for is someone to shout enthusiastic encouragement at you constantly, no matter how you perform the exercise; I've not seen anything to suggest she's an expert. I'm not criticising this particularly, as it's an effective method for SOME people. I have found that some people like to be coached, others just like to be encouraged, and her personality lends itself to the latter.

Generally, her social media posts are just shampoo ad style selfies with long word salads that don't actually mean anything. I'd completely forgotten about that video where she mentions doing a 350 mile training week with a little smirk on her face as she says it. That doesn't just show a lack of running knowledge, but also a wilful use of casual dishonesty to make herself look good to those who don't know any better. Admittedly, this was back when she was under the radar, but that's what this is all about.

Hopefully the charity stuff is all above board, and they are just incredibly rich from other means, but you can see why there would be a lack of trust on here and concern for all who have donated.

If running 7 days a week that's 50 miles a day. There aren't that many females that can break 8hrs in the UK in a race, let alone training.

She doesn't have 10,000 plus followers. She bought thousands. Just like Robert Young did.

There isn't much interest on her Facebook page and if all those people really were genuine followers there would be a LOT more likes and comments.

I asked her what her PT qualification was and she blocked me without replying.

She claims herself the charity has raised 70 grand. If you ask her WHERE the money has gone she blocks you.

You don't act like that if you own a genuine charity.

When she raised about 10 grand BEFORE the charity, by lying she ran 53 marathons, that money apparently went to a hospital (though not confirmed yet)

So the entire 70 grand needs accounting for.

how else do you explain losing 2 stone in a week off an already small frame and still being able to drop in a couple of fast 10k splits in order to claim a record previously held an elite ultra runner?

But she actually says that is how much came in from the public to the charity.

Why would her dad donate 70 grand to it?

As a kind of investment to draw more out as a percentage as a trustee??
