Cute AF
She's a good kid. Glad she found a home.
She already tried the TEAM thing without great results. For that reason I'm glad she didn't sign with Hansons or Zap or NAZ. She is a free spirit that needs to do her own thing.
I'm not 100% sure, but she may be the fastest self-coached woman of all-time.
She's update!
Cool. But what abouther next 'thon?
Blatant.
wonder what shoes she will race in? Given that she wore the Vaporfly 4% in NYC to set her PR, going to be hard producing those results in anything else.
Go Allie!!!
Most of her interviews after NYC indicated a spring track season. We might have to wait until the fall for another marathon.
Unfortunately no one knows what kind of deal she received and any guesses will be wild guesses.
That's a problem with our sport- these deals should be public knowledge.
My school alone has had 4 kids go pro- most were very small, little money, lasted a few years. But the better runners kow that it's possible- even at a very low level- to chase your dream.
I don't care what she gets, if kids know it'll bring them into the sport and maybe keep them training hard.
The general public will have respect for them.
Probably a pretty good deal. Likely soaked up Kate Grace’s money. Being a world record holder , even if it’s something semi-bogus like the indoor marathon is great for Oiselle ads.
She can still wear those shoes.

Oiselle as of 2 years ago was not profitable (it's well known that Kara Goucher had to take a huge pay cut and change her lifestyle when she left Nike) so even if it is a"pretty good deal" it is likely not much money. Kate Grace left after she had her breakthrough year because again Oiselle could not pay her much. Allie is 30 years old and has been a pro for 7 years with a 2:29 PR in the marathon. Also I thought her indoor marathon world record was broken shorty after.
Allie Kieffer is DONE!!!

Yeah, and that's why it makes sense that she'd sign with something like Oiselle. They're ambivilant aboout what shoes she chooses to wear, so even if she's not at a BTC/NOP level she can still wear the 4%'s.

I don't understand this comment.
Why in the name of GOD would she go back to track? If anything she should be racing these 3 races.
March 10, 2018: USATF 15km Championships
May 6, 2018: USATF Half Marathon Championships
May 12, 2018: USATF 25 km Championships
Get a clue then jabrony!

She probably turned everyone of them down several times over the last decade.

Sally Pearson is the fastest self-coached woman of all time.
