"Mental " night is in full swing, JM has licked a toilet bowl and eaten 200ml of HP sauce,
JG has been T-bagged by MJ
As per for PA was tucked up in bed by 11pm
Big man RW was floored by a full pint of G+T, chunning at 2230, asleep by 2300
TOM: 17 cans for the day at (0135 GMT) totalling 85miles 77 pints so far
Start time 1208 Sunday, end time is 0000 Sunday (midnight Saturday).
Schedule is to hit 200 points by midnight tomorrow (Fri) which will be 5.5 days in to the 6.5 day challenge
The man is not sipping pints along side chunks of cathedral city cheese
Hope everyone is enjoying their hangovers on Friday. Hair of the Dog!
Wakey wakey! Time to get the miles and drinking going for Friday - it is after 10:00 GMT after all.
TG has risen at 1045, and has got down to business with a Carling cider to wash down his morning Wheetabix,
he's looking tired but in good spirit.
Has anyone taken a step back to think about how many meals this boy's gluttonous self-indulgence could buy for people down on their luck? The wastefulness I've seen occur on this thread over the past week is a look into the world of the élite and bourgeoisie; I am revolted by what I see. This whole challenge is the epitome of Oxbridge's utter and malevolent disregard for anyone outside the landowning aristocracy. I applied to Cambridge and wasn't given an offer - at the time I was crushed but now I'm not so sure. I can finally sleep easy knowing that I'm at the premiere institution of Slough Polytechnic Monotechnic (SPM).
Speaking of which, I hope you sleep easy tonight, because you're going to be turning in your grave. There's a special place in hell for ungrateful and openly degenerate people, and there's a seat reserved for you.

Friday evening over there now...hopefully the day's running is done or nearly so, and our hero is ready to get epicly pissed.

Is that how Weetabix is spelled over there?
Don't bring Oxford into this

YES, some action in this thread! Love it.
UPDATE
103 miles, 86 pints,
Today: 18 miles, 5 pints so far (working on the pints atm)
planning to hit 200 at a late stage in the evening, this will involve a dirty pint so could be interesting
5 day and 6 hours in
30 hours to go
So 12 miles and 29 impy pints to go? If he's smart he'll forgo sleep tonight and just keep chugging away on the beverages.
UPDATE
it is 0215 on Saturday morning, (Friday night) casualties of the chilli challenge are resting in bed, a hardy bunch of observers and eggers on are here to watch,
TOM is on 199 point, his next point will be an infamous dirty pint
It has been passed trough a sieve so it is very liquid.
Dirty Pint: 1 cup (125ml) of vodka that has had chillies soaked in it
Orange squash, black current squash, milk, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, beef stock cube, pinch of sugar, yogurt, egg, caffeine pills.
THIS IS HISTORY LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!!
Some time was taken to establish strict rules for future attempts on the record.
Before taking on the dirty pint TOM has taken some time to piss, and collect his thoughts,
Its 4 Celsius, but the dirty pint will be done outside because of the 100% risk of chunder,
The dirty pint took around 20 mins to finish, multiple chunders means there will be not more drinking points before bed tonight, the record is only 3 points away,
Until the morning,
CB x
As an original doubter I am happy to admit I was completely wrong about this man.
I don't understand how his legs haven't broken but it all seems legit so who am I to argue (I even checked his HR stats on Strava).
Massive well done and good luck with the remaining pints and miles tomorrow
I must say I am not a fan of this dirty pint concept. Glad I'm not in the UK.
UPDATE
TOM got back on it this morning, rising at 1030, 3 cans for breakfast (~2 pints), at around 1 pm he headed out for an 8 miler
Total is now at 210,
Edinburgh cross is the afternoons entertainment , were finding it pretty hard to watch given the quality of the commentary, but its good to see the Brits handing it to the Yanks.

So the guy has already got your CUHH record? Why is he still going...
why is this a thing?
I live in socal and know no one who would ever go to Cambridge... well, except one guy who wants to run a cannery when he graduates... smh.... he's going to Cambridge for that???
he also has a twin brother who runs here in socal who is now a much faster harrier... got to ask, was Cambridge the right decision for him???
so as a socal person, once more ... why is this a thing?
cheers mates!
Well, Socal or not, Eastbourne is where it's happening.
TOM is about to go for the third run of his day, currently at 231 points split between 110 pints and 121 miles.
The maths haven't come out quite right, but the effort has been there. Three cheers to Tom Goulding's Liver!
