I swam 1.75 miles last night. I can honestly say I am just as slow at swimming. Just really doing it for the cardio and calorie burn at the moment. Probably will make a doctors app for the ankle next week. I am beginning to think its a stress fracture. At least I'll be 30+ pounds lighter when I start running again.
When I started losing i was 205+ started at you know 15-20 mpw and got to 50mpw pretty fast. Held that till sept . (From Jan). And was 165 then. I also would hit 15+k steps a day at work. So probably about 2600ish that first 8 months or so. Then got down to my current weight 154-55 by feb 2017.
To me it's a lot easier not to eat 500 kcals than burn 500.
I think the main reason I shed fast was that I quit eating meat and dairy cold turkey Jan 16. I ate eggs for another year before quit that as well.
