Glad to get through a week of bitter cold running. Set three “PRs” (temperature PRs) toward the end of the week, as the mercury really dropped...a “feels like” of 2, 1, and 0 (farenheit), respectively, in my last three runs...old PR was 4. The whole week I had been thinking I would need a day or two off, but I am glad my body complied and that I could stick it out...65 miles in my usual six days of training. Hope everybody did well this week.
M: 11.13 at 6:41 overall, cold and hilly...finished 6:24, 6:32, 6:34, 6:29, 6:23, 6:14...hilly
T: 13.13 in 1:27:33...6:40 overall pace...cold, but just kept going...10.13 at 6:45 or faster, 6:08 last mile
W: 10.5 at 6:30 overall...cold and dark, but felt good, finishing 6:25, 6:21, 6:29, 6:29, 6:15, 6:08, 6:01, 2:56

Sat.: 13.5 at 6:46 overall...started out feeling somewhat sluggish, but then felt better and better, especially in last three miles or so...just kept going...6:36, 6:26, 6:10, 3:05
