My endocrine system is overly sensitive and every time I ramp up my training,I start to get symptoms of overtraining even though my legs still feel fresh, I'm not burnt out from running, I'm not getting slower, and I'm not on the verge of getting injured. The moment I start trying to ramp up my training, I start having an elevated heart rate, feeling anxious, waking up at night, etc. After a long, hard run with the rest of my runs for the week easy, I'll have these symptoms for a day, then feel back to normal the next day.
How can I get rid of this feeling? So far the only thing I've been able to come up with is taking benadryl or a prescription downer.
