On Twitter, it sounds like the FB team had some recruiting issues. I'd imagine similar sins extend to the T&F teams.

Recruiting violations for the FB team; a non-coaching doing on-court coaching for the BB teams; grade changing for track athlete.

So now we know why Jasmine Todd abruptly left the ducks in the spring of 2016...
“Sprinter/jumper Jasmine Todd, a member of Team USA at last year's World Outdoor Championships in Beijing, left the Ducks for unexplained reasons during the West Regional Preliminary meet two weeks ago in Lawrence, Kansas.”
The Oregonian 2016

So do they have to forfeit the season and NCAAs?

Wow, rescinded her degree. Not sure I have heard of that happening.

She should have gone to UNC.
I would love to know the “whole story” behind these infractions. According to the Flo article she did the work and turned it in at a later date, per an agreement she had with the professor due to team travel. The university then said that was against policy and rescinded her grade/degree. If that is indeed what happened that is crap. Grade her work she did, and reprimand the professor. I kind of doubt that was the entire story though.
What I can’t believe in all of this is that the basketball infraction of having 1 too many “coaches” on the floor received the same level II infraction as grade tampering. Do those even seem near equal? Of all the shady happenings at so many universities (including UO) and this is what UO is busted for? Shades of Capone being busted for tax evasion.
It's a violation to beat Pat Henry too many times
Probably a level II infraction too!

I heard that the University of Oregon now has a website, why don't you look it up?
He has 36 NCAA championships- how many does Oregon have?

If you're a black student in that class, how awkward do you feel?
Since todd didn't compete at the NCAA meet, I can't imagine they will pull that trophy. They might lose some pac 12 hardware though if they strip the entire team. Alternatively they might just pull her results out and rescore it.
How does an adjunct end up changing a grade from F to B-? And how do people find out about it? If I'm working as an adjunct and a student fails my course then comes to me saying that it's going to affect her athletic eligibility and her graduation, I'd get the chair involved right away. Adjuncts can't rock the boat if they want to return to teach the next semester.
So did he offer some sort of makeup assignments for her to earn a higher grade? Did the chair, the dean, the AD just tell him to change her grade for no reason? The registrar has to have a policy that requires documentation of reasons for a grade change. And how does this get out anyway?
