So yesterday I was with a few track friends and I'm always bs'in saying I'm coming back to running. It's been 2 years since I've laced them up. Went from 150 lbs to now sitting at 200. Somehow someway (it's a little foggy), I got myself into a race with a 9 flat (indoor) 3k girl. A MONTH FROM NOW......IN THE 3K.
Some background:
3 years ago, after 3 years off I decided to run again when I was about 190 lbs and within a month and a half I ran 1:54 in the 800. 3k is significantly longer. Is there anyway to win??
