I drink enough water each day and I don't drink. I have tried stretching before I go jog, but it doesn't make a difference.
I jog in the mornings and I jog at about a 11 min pace. I have experienced a knot in my calf, but this was due to a worn out running shoe.
By the way this started a year ago. I hate to think it's just old age.
