Does anyone know, if the slides are available?
Renato Canova (Coach) might be able to email them?
According to Renato Canova, his runners do more than 200 km, which is 124 miles per week. Is that correct? Only 124 miles per week?
Increase the volume of the specific work, not the overall volume.
So mileage is only 200 km?
From 26:00 in the video;
MAXIMUM 200km/wk but more like 170-180km/wk.
this is the real magic
Terrible video shooting - the focus should have been on the slides! You can hear the speaker while watching the slides.
I would really like to see the slides.
Slides. Slides!!

For some reason, I always thought that the "sweet spot" for marathon training was miles peaking around 120-130 miles per week. Makes senses since 200km is 124 miles.
only 124??? wrote:

"MORE THAN 200 km (124 MPW)" is not ONLY 124, it's AT LEAST 124...
