Hey guys !, I was just wondering is there a way I can substitute my base miles I'm doing right now in the winter for some core or Other things you guys might know of cause for the next two weeks I won't be able to get much running in cause of issues at home and the holidays coming up. What can I do in the meantime for the next two weeks to make sure my aerobic fitness stays rolling.
**Note (I don't have access to a bike, pool, or treadmill at the moment)
