Lemme guess...... He weighs 120?lol
congrats, trahan! did you make your race report video yet?
This seems very possible if the runner is young and leads a healthy, active lifestyle. Especially if he has a physical job that elevates his heart rate throughout the day.
I kind of expected more. I hope he trains for Boston.
Any healthy male between the ages of 18-35 should be able to run a marathon under 3 hours with minimal training.
Yeah this isn't really at all impressive for someone who ran a lot in high school and has a 4:15 mile PR to their name.
Half of the lets run guys 30 and below could probably take a month or two off, train for 10 days and rub sub 3 for the thon
Remember the whole time he was talking to his buddy on a bike that was live streaming it.. he finished the race only to turn around and talk. Realistically speaking if he trained for Boston it could be a 2:25-2:35 performance if he really tried.

Solid meme.
3/10
If he had run in the time range that you gave, we would be looking at the next great United States marathoner.
this dude will do anything for clicks. Registration already passed for Boston...
I watched the Instagram live stream, he was talking with theo Goff who was recording him on a bike for lot of the run. I’m not sure how hard he tried. After the run he put up a pole on whether he should run Boston, and when I voted 97% said he should.
Charity runners run in the back of the last wave and they don't really run too much slower than that so you're good

A flag pole or did he get wood and pitch a tent?

I joined the live stream about an hour(?) in right before he stopped to use the bathroom. Apparently he also stopped briefly to stretch out before that. Wonder how much time that added? He and Theo Goff were both pretty quick in there.
Is it because he stopped jogging and started sprinting?
That’s good then you wrote:

Ryan Trahan is a long distance runner and not a sprinter
Kind of like a reverse Amy Hughes only lying about mileage when he actually did more'!

"stop jogging and start sprinting" is a parody of another youtuber's video
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
