At least that's the conclusion of this well researched and referenced piece. If it's true this is huge for the trail community, ultra runnings golden child may actually not be entirely honest?

Wow, kudos to that person who gathered all that evidence and wrote that report on Killian Jornet. It is very thorough and reasonable. It is also damning that Jornet was caught course cutting in a 50K race.
I remember people joking on here that Jornet had no evidence he actually reached the top of Everest but to find out that these allegations were not a joke is shocking.
Wow - this is some good evidence and a very good narrative.

Frankly, I have had doubts about his dominant performances as well. Spaniard that rarely gets tested if at all?

The lack of a "GOBBLE GOBBLE MFer IM ON EVEREST!!!" video sealed it for me.
This is some Mike Rossi BS.

Perhaps even more damning are the claimed summit times. No one summits in the middle of the night.
"No one summits in the middle of the night."
Nice to hear it from LRC experts. Glad you hunters finally caught this Killian guy.
Have a good Sunday.

It's not the LRC experts saying this; it was the article.
You've got to admit that the GPS data that max'ed out well below the summit, the lack of photos/videos from the summit, and the lack of anyone seeing him, at the least should make us very suspicious of his claims.

Was he "Doing it for the kids?"
I truly wanted to believe Kilian Jornet. Now I'm skeptical.
What baffle me the most is the fact that 0 media questioned this record, Jornet didn't provide data, gps tracking, timed photo of him on the summit, and none of the medias give a f.. about this.
Maybe this is just me, but if I somehow got to the top of Everest I'm going to take photos and video and scream like a little girl in delight. The article is really damning.

He's not climbing up for scenery, but the record.
sad thing is, he's a great runner. His verified records and races are really good.
sad.
of course, those could be on epo, so...
Kilian is doping. He's good but doping.
If this is true...DAMN!
How do you explain this?
He let Schlarb win and be co-champions. After winning the event 2 years prior. He, Killian, now has 4 total wins at Hard Rock 100 in Colorado.
Jason Schlarb Male, 38 Durango, CO 02:17 / 02:18 03:42 / 03:44 05:39 / 05:41 07:17 / 07:19 07:44 / 07:45 08:45 / 08:49 10:54 / 10:56 12:10 / 12:16 14:45 / 14:46 15:22 / 15:29 17:52 / 17:58 18:56 / 19:04 20:40 / 20:44 22:58:28

He's good at running 100 milers.
I found that article to be rambling and repetitive.
Thanks for supporting my cousin, he appreciates all the support.
And no, he doesn't need any other sponsors, but he says thanks, LRC is kind.
Wow
