So i started getting outside leg pain on my right but just stretched more and thought it would go away. Fast forward a few more weeks, it started hurting constantly and when i was at the start of a marathon it was hurting. Mile 19.5 I had to stop because going down hill was just not gonna happen. It started giving sharp pain and then numbness. That marathon was 5 weeks. I haven't run since and honestly can't even think about it because it is still extremely sore. Theres one spot where if i press on it, I hurt bad. My PT thinks its a stress fracture. I went to my primary doctor finally this week and they said I have to go to Ortho and then they they can order an MRI since the X-Ray didn't show anything. Anyone else have this? I have continued to do yoga and rock climbing but just literally can't touch that spot on the outside of my leg.
