I'm a freshman in high school. I have been running the past few years. I have a shin splint, because of my new sneakers. I am going to the trainers tommorrow to see what I can do. It hurts so much. I guess it doesn't help when I keep running on it, with the new sneakers. Today as a time-trial I ran the 800m in 3:42. THAT IS MY SLOWEST 800M TIME EVER. I am wondering should I even bother, they can't really do anything. I am going to tell my coaches tommorrow about the shin splint. I just need advice. Well um yeah. Do you know the trainers will do?
