If I was to just run everyday for 5 or 7 miles at anywhere between a 7:15 to 6:45 or 6:30 pace and do nothing else . What would I do a 5k in? The effort feels easy, and near the end of the run , i get down to a 5:30 pace. What could I do a 10k or 5k off this kinda running?
Don't ask, just do it for a while then tell us. If you want to do your best you train like this, but you could be at least OK by some people's standards.

Sounds like the training of the average HS varsity cross country runner. So you could probably run a 5K in 18:45 +/- :45.
You won't run faster than 39:35 for 10k or 18:20 for 5k. That's the bottom line. /thread
Just see what happens. Run this way, race, run a bit more, race again. See what happens.
But I actually think you'd be a tad faster than the others. I'm gonna go just slipping under 18 for 5k and 38 for 10k.
If you get down to 5:30 pace you're not running between 6:30 and 7:15 pace.
