TomTom Runner Cardio. Accurate GPS, displays time, pace, avg pace, everything you need. Also an accurate wrist based HR monitor - you don't have to wear the annoying strap. Sync with your phone and the TomTom app gives you tons of data regarding HR zones, pace, etc
You can find them for around $100.

Is the wrist HR really accurate? I have not looked at these in probably 2 years, but from what I saw they could be all over the place.
I have found it to be accurate the majority of the time. Some people swear the wrist based HR monitors are more accurate then the HR straps - I've never used the strap so can't compare the two. If you run in a lot of cold weather the wrist based HR could be a problem. When it gets cold your skin constricts causing crazy readings - seems to happen when the temp gets to around 40 deg or colder.
For what it's worth, I got the Garmin 620 from FactoryOutletStore for $159 about a year ago. It's $144 now. It says it's refurbished, but sometimes it just means it's a return because the buyer couldn't figure out how to use it.
Now the problem are my headphones. The Apple earbuds go out in temperatures under freezing, apparently. They even went out today when I tried to stick the phone in my jacket pocket, closer to my body. Started back up again when I returned to warmth indoors.
Going to be a lot of long, cold, dark, lonely miles this winter if I don't figure it out.
*is my headphones

Wait for the 645 Forerunner or pick up a fit clip on Amazon to satisfy your music needs.
