PR is 2:17 in the 800, that was last spring. I've lost 15 pounds and started to build a bit more muscle. Current mpw is around 30, if I increase it, would I be able to break 2 by the end of spring track this year? If so, what's a good general training plan to follow.
(Note my workouts are pretty easy so I'd definitely step those up)
