Hello,
I'm a 20 Y/O male from the UK looking to get the best out of the last of my years of youth. I'm a relatively under-exposed runner, having mostly run 15mpw on and off for the best part of a year (5 months off).
I'm looking to build myself into a strong and resilient runner over most distances before really chasing times after the foundations have been built. If there are any coaches here looking to take on a project then I'd be more than willing to go into more depth with my training/previous race results.
Not interested in Coach JS.
