So, this is my first week back after a 3 week break from XC where I averaged 40 mpw and I decided I’ll be a better runner (Senior Year) and I did my first double today (3 mi @ 9:15 pace) and my usual runs have been @ 7:15 pace. I’m exhausted as heck! How long is this gonna last? My PR is 17 from XC and 4:40 from the mile Junior Year. How long did it take you to adjust to Doubles the first time?
