For about a 2 months now my hip has been painfully tight while running. It usually happens about 2 miles into a run and varies from being in my hip to being in my glute. I've been to the doctor, physical therapy, and even had a deep tissue massage but it persists.
They diagnosed me with piriformis syndrome but no matter what I do to treat it, it doesn't want to go away. Also the pain is not always in piriformis but sometimes in my TFL.
With track season fast approaching I need to get rid of this to get back to training normally. Does anyone have any experience with this or anything like it?
