Furlough is literally a leave of absence.

“A furlough is a set period of time during which an employee does not report for work and does not earn a wage. The employee retains her job during the salary furlough, however, which means that the employee retains benefits.”

Just imagine if a single word could have multiple definitions that are slightly different, but also equally acceptable
Wondering where you came up with that? From actually looking into it at http://www.open.ga.gov/ it appears the former Head Coach was $110K+ and his wife was $45K range.
Rejection letters just received today for Air Force sprints/hurdles position. Name reveal should be soon.

They listed E1D on the job ad as the salary level, and I looked that up on the Kennesaw HR page.
So what happened to Andy?

Looks like the U of MN filled the spot vacated by Paul Thornton...good hire of a young alum who has helped build UNI back up quickly. Rough for UNI to lose the coach this late.

So still openings at Syracuse, UNC, and Ok State. How do they hold practices with only one coach? Who drives a van if nothing else?
UNC assistant xc
OK STATE assistant xc
SYRACUSE assistant xc
Any other bigger programs still open? Have original hires fallen through on background check or jumped ship already?

Welcome to the world of the mid-major coach; no luxuries of an "assistant" XC coach.
It's their job at UNC, OK State, Cuse to find a way to figure it out.
Minnesota Duluth posted...
May be a formality, I don't know. Joanna Warmington has been out at least a month.

Doesn’t read like it was entirely his decision.
I had to laugh at Abdel Wahab's appointment. Anyone who knows him knows that he has no problem telling everyone how "world-class" he is . The dude struts around a meet and always makes sure everyone is looking at him. Makes me just bust out and laugh.
