what happened at michigan? they just reposted the director of ops. Somebody accept and then bail?
Cliff Graves to Syracuse.
Griff* Graves. Excuse me.
To replace Fox and Smith, they have Bell and Graves? Ouch.
Cuse took the L on this one if true

Griff is a great guy, and has obvious ties to Syracuse, but theirs better Syracuse alum out there coaching. I won’t say names but a guy and a girl come to mind.
Where'd you see this?

on almost every job board

First off, Brock did NOT get the ball rolling for OU. Brock is apart of some of worse years in OU’s history. Brock got the CSUN job because of who he worked with previously. Current CSUN results prove the point being made.
I’m not even saying brock’s a bad coach, but if we ar going off OU’s results, they dude would be jobless until he was a senior citizen.
Martin built the program, and Dunn maintained it exceedingly well.
Brock, stay off letsrun or eat a Snickers
It seemed like don't believe it was saying he got the ball rolling at CSUN, not OU

You wont know the answer unless you interview and ask based on your experience and qualifications. There are no rules in this game. What the last guy made, isn't always what you'll make. There may be promotions within, and you may be slotted as the new guy. That's if you can get the job, of course.
Some serious positions and season has started.
UNC men’s cross country?
OK STATE asst xc/middle distance (men)?
SYRACUSE 2 asst distance?
SANFRANCISCO Head XC?
And then wherever the coaches who take these come from.

....are you serious? I believe I speak for all LR when I say; we’d like to invite you to come out from under the rock you’ve been living. It’s much better out here- so much information.
Cheers-
I wouldn’t disagree with that! I’d like to tone down my hateful comment on Brock. The man meant well, and worked for next to nothing at OU. As a recent OU alum, emotion got the best of me seeing the program go under. Brock was far from the blame. After two years, OU’s Distance coach, lost to the VERY SCHOOL he use to coach at, Samford. I realize networking is crucial in a job, but I do wish AD’s got rid of folks not pulling their weight. #DunnComeBack
You do realize that most assistants, meaning not the director, do not have control of the amount of scholarships in their group, the amount they can offer a kid, etc. Most directors have the veto power on any offer or ability to offer. So, while you want to blame a head XC coach, if he's not in charge, it might not be all his fault. He might be doing a very good job with what he has to work with and unless they start making scholarship numbers public record (ha! can you imagine that) , we will all just sit here and throw stones at what we THINK someone should be doing.
