The problem with LSU is little to no money for recruiting under Shaver as HC. They need someone who can develop athletes with little monetary resources. Most of the names being thrown around have had some sort of monetary support.

So who goes to Akron to coach women's XC and Distance? It looks like Franek is stepping away from coaching for the time being.
What the hell is taking UNC so long? As a long time alum of the program, I'm frankly embarrassed by this hiring process
dont worry it will be Herbster
Another alum here, from what I've heard Meaders is not prioritizing well at all. Someone needs to kick that guy to the curb so we can bring in some great people to bring Carolina back to where it once was.

That is why Roberts is going to be the pick. Herbster to ND. Where does Carlson end up?
Carlson is staying at ND. ND is hiring an entry level female.

Update my memory. When was North Carolina a distance powerhouse? They had a small handful of great individuals spaced apart throughout their history.
Herbster to Pittsburgh?
Pretty sure they had Shalane Flanagan, Megan Kaltenbach, Alice Wright and a stud Canadian girl (can’t remember her name) all at the same time.

Ok, Roberts quickly turning into the new McGregor by constantly posting about himself.
No way is he getting the head XC job at Chapel Hill, so just stop. All of his experience comes from being the understudy of a not-so-great hire of MVA. His best shot at a job at Chapel Hill is to keep serving his time and learn from the new coach.

My guess is Herbster will keep him on to keep some continuity in recruiting the next class.
Or Andrea will you mean
