I think I've strained the inside ligament on my right knee. It hurts along a one inch ligament that ends about one inch before it gets to the knee cap. It occurred ten days ago. I haven't run since then. What should I do?
I haven't seen a doc yet, but I've looked up the treatment (rest) and the rehab (3-6 weeks for a minor sprain) exercises.
It's getting better every day. I can walk in a straight line with no pain. I can't walk down hill, down stairs, or turn without a twinge. I can actually jog, but I can't slow down or stop.
I'm thinking spin bike is next. Anyone have any suggestions? My next track meet is March.
