Not tired, easily manageable workout. First few 200s were slow because i did not warm up at all for this wrkt(yes hs kids are stupid) last 2 200s were good fast strides(about 400 pace.) What can I run for a mile? I will tell you the winner tomm.
Had good relaxed form, and felt tight because of the warm up(or lack of) but loosened up as it went on.
