What's a spike screw? Do you mean a spike wrench?
I mean the actual spike/s, which may be considered a screw at least in appearance (possesses a head, a thread, a lead, although it doesn't permanently affix the shoe to another object).
These replacement spikes are pretty much readily available from most places that sell running shoes. A lot of the brick & mortar running stores around here often have pretty limited availability, but will typically at least have a hundred or so 1/4" (6mm) spikes around with the possibility of 1/8", 3/8", and blanks as well.
Since I work with a lot of high school kids, I typically buy bulk bags of 100 replacement spikes from somewhere like Amazon or Running Warehouse. I'm guessing from your posts that you might not be in the USA, so you may have to look to other sources.
