it said
Post blocked (detected multiple repeated characters)
dont know how that works, but i think the word EPO is banned now
nope that worked....dont know what the deal is, i didnt say Renato, or rekrunner, or vent, didnt cuss or say i d i o t, just showed moens progression and how his times were ~3-4% improvement, you know the kind of thing you see from EPO...if it worked
i tried getting rid of "EPO", typed don't instead of dont....everything that had the red line underneath to make it work and noooo it kept saying "post blocked"
then i tried to just write

But EPO doesn't work ?
yeah its too bad, cause if EPO did work imagine a 3-4% gain on 3:26 and 12:37, and 2:02:57!!!!
and then imagine if it worked and they had it in the 60's! jim ryuns 3'24 would be soooo much faster!
too bad i live in a fantasy world the PEDs work, i need to get my head straight in this world of working hard and stop being so mindweak

This is rich, a European record set during Mo's prime that he will never beat. Should have transitioned last year
Imagine being a person compelled to make posts like this. Yuk.

You're a real thread ruiner dude. Have to scroll to the next page to get past your barrage of posts.
In the last few years we had something like 150 sub 2h06' marathon runners from Kenia and Ethiopia
Gharib and Goumri from Morocco with Khannouchi and the only white be Ryan Hall with his 2h04'58" in Boston.
Now Sondre Moen runs 2:05:48 . And this should make everybody happy. And not guessing if is on peds or not. Is still 3 minutes far from the WR and everybody shout that is doped. Thats a nonsense. He has big time improvments yes of course but he runs a fast half marathon before and many many months of total focus and dedication hard training at altitude in Kenia with one of the best coach ever. Check it out Abel Kirui
twitt !!! Thats whats running is all about . Is not about the dominance of a certain tribe or nation
is about hard work focus and devotion . If white runners can compete with african runners thats great
I mean for the all movement.
In the marathon I think the main reason of african dominance is not genetics but the fact that everybodys there runs and try their best to see if the talent is there.
I live in Italy, Tuscany beautiful place , In my little town there are something like 10 football club
with boys from 6 years age so hundreds of them play football.
The track and field club has only 15 boys and girls!! And we have everything to train . Miles and miles of dirty roads . natural forest with soft ground perfect for runs (In the 80's and 90's some of the best runners in the world came here to train , even Kenians and Ethiopians) sand . hills . mountains . In Tirrenia we had also years ago a Coni federal centre for the marathon with coach like Gigliotti ( Stefano Baldini coach) Renato Canova etc..
So especially in the marathon you need to be 100%focus and we cannot compete with the focus and dedication of Africans runners living and train at altitude. When you got to do 30 km a day , with
two hard quality workout per week or 3 quality workout like in Kaptagat with Patrick Sang group
also if you have a big talent the most difficult things is to keep that kind of focus all year round except
for a few break they have from training after a big race.
We had that kind of approach in the 70's or 80's but at the moment I dont see a big interest in distance running amongst our youth.
Thats why Sondre Moen 2:05:48 is so great. It shows that with great dedication and living the life of the best in the world is possible to have top results.
Zane and Jake Robertson has that kind of approach too.
And I think also that Galen Rupp with his 26'44" 10000 pr 30th all time ( Kipchoge and Farah are behind him in the list) I m sure he can runs a really fast time in the marathon.
Letsrun visitors too often write about things they have zero information about. I agree with Renato here - any fool can claim what he wants, without knowing anything. Credibility of this people is nonexistent, they are just jealous losers.
About Szost - I know him from a year 2005 and from this year coaches in Poland knew, he will be a great marathon runner someday. I say - people, who knew Szost, not an ignorant poster. He spend years developing, was multiple polish champ in different events. And his progression in maratathon is as below:
2:11:59 2008-04-13 Dębno
2:10:27 2010-04-18 Wiedeń (AUT)
2:09:39 2011-10-30 Frankfurt (GER)
2:07:39 2012-03-04 Otsu (JPN)
2:09:37 2013-12-01 Fukuoka (JPN)
2:08:55 2014-04-13 Warszawa
2:10:11 2015-04-26 Warszawa
2:10:53 2016-12-04 Fukuoka (JPN)
2:10:09 2017-10-29 Frankfurt (GER)
Only stupid may say there is something fishy here. That is the culture of weak men, insecure and jealous.

^^^This.
This is the old "the Kenyans and Ethiopians are so much better because they train so much harder" nonsense. Since Toby Tanser´s book came out 20 years ago thousands of runners from Europe and America have gone to Kenya to train their asses off with the Kenyan top runners. Guess what? It didn´t work.
And please, do not write about Italian runners. Few countries have such a bad doping reputation in endurance sports as Italy.

There is a significant difference between going to camp in Kenya for a couple of weeks or a month or two and staying pretty much the whole year in altitude doing nothing but training, eating and sleeping.
You don’t mention Carlos Lopes. Roncero was never caught cheating.

It's all fine unless they decide to "train" exactly like the fast Kenyans do...
