This. And, the fact that you'll never move out of mom's basement. Just accept it now.
Great age for dating. You've got a 20+ year dating range to work with.
you now have an adult spine. Fix your posture soon or suffer the consequences.
Life is pain.
Anyone who tells you differently is selling something.
More Injuries, longer to heal.
Longer recovery from workouts
A lot of cross training
You enjoy running a lot more when you can stay healthy.
If you train hard, you can clean up in the 30-39 age because everybody else has kids, family, careers, houses, or other nonsense.

What would prevent you from being like everyone else? Asking for jamin.
Bladder problems. I used to sleep like a baby, now I usually get up in the middle of the night to pee. Also when you jiggle the residual pee out, a little more comes out a few seconds later.
Also wrinkles, and a few gray hairs. Or less hair if you haven't lost it yet.

Inconceivable!
getting out of bed and facing the day in your 30's feels exactly like getting up and getting hit in the face with a 2x4 felt like in your 20's.

you will generally notice an increase in the desire to have a fire extinguisher handy at birthday parties. you will also have to blow harder but there will be more people round the table so you get a smaller piece of the cake.
some folks will expect you to have started behaving like an adult by now, and other folks will expect you to revert to your childhood any minute. the upshot is that whereas in your youth you sacrificed your own needs to please your parents, now you can please no one, not even yourself.
you will gradually come to an understanding that "nothing" is a perfectly acceptable topic to be thinking about.
one day soon you will find yourself unable to throw away a stick because it might be useful for stirring paint.

I'm 40 now and wake up to pee every night. Is there a cure for this crap? Just started happening 6 months ago. Annoying as hell. Plus my body is so broken down from all the miles and Plantar Fasciates that I hobble my ass to the bathroom. Life stinks.
