Dave Smith of Oklahoma State University is one of the best coaches in the NCAA.
He actually teaches his runners how to train in a way they can enjoy it.
OSU has also won multiple titles and been up in the top ten many times.
This despite the fact they are basically a small school from the South.

Wetmore has one of the top coaching resumes in the NCAA and with elites. He does a lot within a narrow recruiting scope.
Whoever the worst college XC coach is, I'm positive that none of us have heard of him.
