Without a doubt! All of your PB's indicate you should be able to. I coach a young runner who is 15 and just ran 1:58 on a very simple program.
Here is his training this week and yesterday he ran 1:58 and his PB's are similar to yours but he only has only run 56 for 400m last year as a 14 year old.
Monday easy warm up drills strides 6k progressive run started out at 3:58k ran last one in 3:10 total time 22:05 for 6k
Tuesday Rowing session for his school
Wednesday easy 8k
Thursday 8x400 on 2 min cycle at 3k pace 70-72 5th effort was in 61
Friday OFF
Saturday 1:58
Sunday 60 minutes very easy.
His average volume is 30-40k per week or 20-25 miles. Early in the season for us here in Southern hemisphere.
We haven't don't 800 specific sesssion yet but the goal will be to get him down to around 1:55 in March when junior nationals are for us. Good luck!
