Hotness!
Can the photographer please show these socially awkward young ladies how to stand?!
Love Utah's Grayson Murphy's hat.
Are any more photos going to be posted, or is 44 all we get (yes, I'm being greedy).
Where is the Navy?

Maybe the photographer shouldn't be taking the pictures from awkward angles when the ladies are looking at another camera?
Also, if there is a step and repeat banner, the floor isnt really supposed to be in the shot.

That's it, I'm afraid. The red carpet period was only about 45 minutes and I was there almost the entire time. I got every team/individual that stopped while I was there but a lot of teams just went straight through as there wasn't time for a photo.

Navy looked sharp, as always, but they didn't stop for photos this time.
If you want a mental image, they were dressed the same as last year:

The Navy dress uniforms are vastly superior to the rags worn by most of the other men's teams.
But jeez — couldn't Annapolis hire a tailor to taper their billowing pant legs? This isn't the airborne, fellas; no need to wear parachutes.

Normally I'm in charge of the photos.
But given the recent uproar regarding Judge Moore and Harvey Weinstein, as a 44 year old male, I didn't attend the event this year.
Rojo
PS. I'm joking people. The first part of the message about is true. The 2nd part - about why I didn't attend isn't. But it's hard to get a ton with just one person. You need someone else to arrange them quickly and I wasn't able to attend this year.
Wow even the XC Banquets are lame now.... Still remember the glory days of the Vanderbilt, FSU, and Arizona hotties from previous banquets.. sighs..
It's not hard to take good pictures guys - PLEASE invest in a good camera.
PLEASE invest in a good camera with good video and a decent mic. The a/v quality of your interviews could be vastly improved.
Image stabilization will keep the interviews from looking like there's an earthquake going on, a decent mic so we can actually hear the interview, you could shoot great pics and video with a

with any camera under $1000. Spend $2000 if you're able. Sony, Panasonic, Olympus, Fuji all make great stuff. Mirrorless, Hybrid, Micro 4/3, all compact and light and affordable.
So do they have the banquet before NCAAs because they don't want people to drink and get rowdy? Because that would be way more fun if it was after the race.

Or do they have the banquet before the race because everyone jumps on the first plane after the race?

These photos just scream MAKEOVERS!
Most of these girls have no sense of style, except for the sad effort by the girls with hats. Providence? You girls shouldn't be let out of Rhode Island looking like that. And BYU in all black? Where's the funeral?
And those Texas girls, I bet their judgefeet are all dirty and smelly in those old boots.
Jeans? Is this a banquet or a fast food restaurant?

Above comment is directed towards the men. Jeans shouldn't be worn at banquets or formal events. Ever.
I always look forward to the annual tradition of playing LetsRun Fashion Police.
Crimes:
- Open-toe sandals in late November
- Gimmicky accessories (big hats, boots, etc.)
- Skirts shorter than bun huggers
- Suit jackets and pants 2 sizes too big (see a tailor)
- Khakis
As for the fashion dos...
When in doubt, wear a LBD -

Or a suit that fits (no comment on the bolo tie) -

Of course the Navy looks goods, but that doesn't count for fashion points since they didn't style themselves.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
