Today I had a pretty decent workout. It was 2 sets of 3 800s 2:45 rest between each 800 and 5:00 rest between the sets I got 2:42 2:41 2:42 and 2:42 2:45 2:44. Based on this what do you think I could do in a 1600 and 3200. Thanks guys

ehhhh maybe 5:10 for a 1600 and 10:50 ish for a 3200m that is a lot of rest between reps usually when you are doing one to one rest it is interval pace or race pace reps so what that's telling me is that that is pretty close to your race pace
^ he's got it right. Sub 5 on an incredibly good day if you were more naturally inclined towards speed. Sub-11 in equally good circumstances, 11:20 is realistic.
