Hello I'm a junior in HS who last year, in 10th grade, ran a 5:03 mile and a 10:53 2mile in track season. I did winter training where i kind of over did it by running every day getting in 5 miles at the least at pretty solid pace. I was really cocky and thought i was elite status. So this year in cross I got a 17:16 5k off of some good summer training. And I am really hoping to add to that with a good track season. My goals are to run a 4:45 mile and a 10:25 2mile. Any support or advice for me would be great. Thanks!
