17 year old male track and cross country athlete. 2017 Track season was about 6'2 153, very very skinny dude, ran 1:57 in the 800 m, and probably couldn't bench more than 100 lbs. Today, I now am 6'2 166 lbs and I am faster, stronger, and just way more cut. I can bang out 4-5 reps on 150 lb bench after only seriously working out in a gym for about 3 and a half months. A teaspoon of creatine and a gallon of water a day in addition to about 5,000-6,000 calories a day makes you a freaking beast. Some whack jobs on the net claim it isn't for distance athletes but hell I had fat PR's all XC season. To all the skinny runners out there looking to get cut and get butt, start pumping creatine and pumping iron!
