Our XC Season ended 10 days back, I've done some light running since. Even with the rest so far, I've had a fair amount of soreness. I would like to get to near 100% before starting the winter base phase. Any thoughts?

How Sore is it? If it's very sore u prolly shouldve taken like a week off
A little bit, it's starting to get better, it's just taken a while.

Are you doing indoor/outdoor track?
Is it point tenderness or just generalized soreness? Both legs or just one?
Outdoors
Both Legs, general soreness, but more concentrated in calves and hips.
