Does anyone know of a sales position where it is possible to earn 100K realistically? I'm willing to put in the time to learn and sell.

Sell sex.
gay prostitution, but you gotta know how to pitch and catch
Investment banking
Sports Photo sales people make $500,000/year on average.
What do they sell? Who do they sell to? How do you get into the business?
This probably sounds ignorant here, but what fields are there were sales people don't earn 100k+? Besides working in foot locker at the mall or something.
I'm in technology and I can tell you sales guys make bank, much more than us lowly engineers who actually make stuff work and clean up after the sales mf'ers.
It sounds very ignorant. Give just 2 examples of what a sales person sells that enables them to make $100k?
Paper sales. Scranton is white hot right now.
Again speaking from IT
Software - whether as a service - AWS, Azure or something you install yourself - Oracle, IBM...
Computer/Network Hardware - HPE, Cisco, Juniper, Dell...
If there's someone in this field not making well over 100k, you're either really new or really bad
Top salesmen at car dealerships will make $100k+. Lots of dealerships will hire people with no experience as long as you pass a criminal background check and drug test. Learning the product is pretty easy. Getting comfortable with the sales process can take a while. Learning how to read customers and close a deal is something that most people can get, but it is really something that is genetic as far as being really good at it.

Medical devices/implants.
Work for Big Pharma.
Cocaine, Heroin etc.
With all respect, I think it is much harder than you think (but very possible as well). What does a person do? Call one of these companies and say "I want to sell your products.". First of all I would think these sales positions are full because the products are so commonly known. I could be wrong though.
I guess I was asking for leads on something like "Wood manufacturers in South America are always looking for sales people to put on accounts in the US. Some of these include XYZ Company, etc.. Typically if you put in full time or more you can expect to earn 100K"

Let me get this straight, you want to be in sales, but you don't know how to sell yourself? You, yourself, are a product. You know more about yourself than anyone else in the world. You also have exclusive distribution rights over yourself. If you can't sell yourself, what makes you so sure you can sell someone else's product?
Just started working at a high end AV/Home Automation store. Since I have only been there a couple months I can't say if I'll be at 100k but one of my coworkers makes 130-160k.
Are you attractive? That makes a big difference in sales. Sorry, but true.
Pharmaceutical sales are by far the best gig there is.
If you do sales online it doesn't matter what you look like.
Personally I could care less what a salesperson looks like. I wouldn't buy a product based on looks, except maybe if they were selling a new soda or something and I wanted to maybe get to chat.
